Prof, Dr. Eng. Ir. Muhammad Ilhamdi Rusydi (IEEE Member) finished his bachelor and master degree in Electrical Engineering at Institute of Technology Bandung, Indonesia. He got Ph.D. from Gifu University, Japan, in 2014. He has been a young lecturer at Universitas Andalas since 2005 and became Associate Professor in 2018. He teaches biosignal, robotics and control classes. He has been the head of the Digital Electronics Laboratory since 2016. He serves as the head of Master Program, Electrical Engineering Department, from 2017 to 2020. After that, He became the Head of the Electrical Engineering Department, at Universitas Andalas, in 2020. His research focuses on developing assistive technology to help disabled people.
